EVOLUTION IN THE LAST QUARTER OF 2010 THE PRICE OF THE HOUSE OF SECOND HAND IN THE PROVINCE OF ALICANTE.
According to the analysis of the evolution of housing prices of resale by the real estate portal idealist, in 2010 the price of housing used in Spain has experienced a decline of 5.7%, however 97 of the 380 municipalities (25.5% of the sample) that has studied the idealistic annual evolution has managed to keep their prices higher.
